The VPL scheme (conditional pension) is now also being implemented by Pensioenfonds Detailhandel. This scheme was agreed between the parties to the collective labor agreement on 1 January 2008 after the early retirement and pre-pension scheme expired in 2006, so that your employees can retire earlier. This transitional arrangement applies to members who work in the Shoemaking sector, were born in 1950 up to and including 1987 and already participated in the pension arrangement on 31 December. Employees receive this supplementary pension if they meet all the conditions.
